We are happy to tell you that we have got two energetic staff at Little Smiles Center, our early childhood center for Lisu tribe children in Mae Waen Noi Village.
As I have written in the newsletter, one of the two staff at the center resigned for personal reason in July. As we were unable to find the substitute teacher soon, the other teacher also decided to leave the job. So you cannot imagine how relieved we are to have found these ladies :)
Pim (right) and Kung (left) are both Lisu persons themselves, and are living with their family in the village.
We will reopen the Little Smiles Center on the upcoming Monday with fresh mind. Pim, Kung, welcome to ARC, and we look forward to working with you both for a long time!
